How long does the heating system last?
The heating system runs on a rechargeable battery that lasts 6-8 hours on low heat, 4-6 hours on medium, and 3-4 hours on high. The battery is USB-C rechargeable and fully charges in 3 hours.
What is the weight capacity?
The chair safely supports up to 300 lbs (136 kg) while maintaining stability at maximum height.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, the chair features weather-resistant fabric with waterproof coating and sealed seams. However, we recommend storing it in dry conditions when not in use to maximize longevity.
How portable is it?
The chair weighs only 12 lbs and folds down to 36" x 8" x 8", fitting easily into the included carry bag with shoulder strap. Perfect for hiking to your hunting spot.

Standard shipping costs $4.99 for all orders to the continental US. No minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime on our tracking page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, return the product for a full refund. Returns are free - we provide a prepaid shipping label.
Does the product have a warranty?
Yes! All products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The heating system has a 1-year warranty.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@outdoorgear.com with photos. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you and arrange pickup of the damaged item.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes! Return your original item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures faster delivery of your replacement.
