How to File a Warranty Claim

Email support@outdoorgear.com with your order number and description of the issue. Include photos if possible.
Claim Review
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and determine the best solution.
Resolution
We'll either repair the product, send a replacement part, or provide a full replacement - all at no cost to you, including shipping.
